Simi Church of Christ Elder Dan Hall

Dan Hall

Dan Hall was born in California . He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering. Dan works as a software engineer.

He married his lovely wife Donna in 1976. They have three daughters, Heather, Natalie and Melanie, and one grandchild, Tanner.

Dan has served our church as an elder for eight years.


Simi Church of Christ Elder Scott Ferguson

Scott Ferguson

Scott was born and raised in California. After graduating from Hawthorne High School, he served a four year electrical apprenticeship and became an electrician. Scott eventually became a successful electrical contractor, which he continues to do today.

Scott married his wife, Tina, in February of 1969 and moved to Simi Valley in January of 1972. They have one son, a daughter, four grandsons and a granddaughter.

Scott has served as an elder for the Church of Christ for many years.


Simi Church of Christ Elder Al Williams

Al Williams

Al was born in New York. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York city. Al moved to California in 1963 and met and fell in love with Julie, his wife of 42 years. They have three children, and six grand children.

Al’s career consists of digital retouching and imaging on the computer. He is self employed, servicing record companies, advertising agencies, and corporations.

He has served as an elder here at the Simi church for the past two and one half years. Before that he was a deacon at Simi, Conejo , and the Van Nuys churches of Christ.

Al has a compassion to serve the Lord and a compassion to serve the Simi church


Simi Church of Christ Elder Milt Pullen

Milt Pullen

Milt was born and reared in Texas, earning his music degrees in voice and conducting from Texas A&M University, Kingsville, and the University of Houston. Before joining Pepperdine University, Professor Pullen directed award winning high school programs in Texas for 24 years. For six years he was a member of the music faculty at Abilene Christian University serving as an Associate Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities. His choral groups have performed for three Texas Music Educators Conventions, the 1995 National Convention of the American Choral Directors.

In 1993, Pullen was awarded the coveted Denius Award of Texas in honor of his excellence in UIL Activities via choral music, an award presented to only ten teachers a year. In 1994 Pullen was one of four "Teacher of the Year" finalists in the Clear Creek I.S.D. This year, 2005-2006, Pepperdine University awarded Milt the Howard A. White Excellence in Teaching Award.

Milt has been Worship Minister at Simi Church of Christ for over Ten years. and with his wife Evie, have lifted up the celebration and praise of God at our church


Simi Church of Christ Elder Paul Pinckley

Paul Pinckley

Paul Pinckley, a Tennessee native, works in student recruitment at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. He holds the B.A. from Freed-Hardeman University, M.A. from University of Memphis, and is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.

After more than 25 years in Christian education as a teacher and administrator, Paul and his family moved to southern California in 2001

Paul and his wife, Debbie, have two sons, Paul and Matthew.


Simi Church of Christ Elder Mickey Mitchell

Mickey Mitchell

Mickey Mitchell was born in Florence, Italy of missionary parents in 1954. His parents, Carl and Frankie Mitchell moved to California in 1960. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu and a Masters Degree in Education from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. He has worked in private and public education for 28 years.

Mickey married Jill Lacey in 1989 and they attended Conejo Church of Christ for many years. They moved to Simi Valley in 1998 and have attended Simi Church of Christ for three years. They have two sons, Shane and Preston.
